Eric helped my wife and I purchase a Fannie Mae foreclosure. We looked at many houses prior to deciding on the one we bought. Eric made himself available based on our busy schedule. He never pressured us in to making a decision that we weren't comfortable with. While our loan was in underwriting there were a couple glitches with the pest inspection and the appraisal. Eric made the calls and did whatever was needed for us to overcome those hurdles. I would recommend Eric to anybody looking to buy a house.
