Our Resort Style, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo is located in a Gated Community, right in the Heart of North Scottsdale (Princess Drive and Scottsdale Road).  Just west of the Fairmont Princess Resort and just south of the Loop 101 Freeway.

Super close to the Tournament Players Club (home to the Phoenix Open Golf Tournament), the Auto Auctions, Mayo Clinic, Cine Capri Movie Theatre (the largest screen in Arizona), a Whole Foods Market and plenty of Shopping & Restaurants.  In addition, the most upscale shopping complex in Scottsdale is being constructed at the junction of Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101 -- less than a mile from our condo.

Our condo is a Ground-Floor unit, with a Covered Patio that overlooks the Resort-Style Pool & Spa.  The complex also features a Clubhouse with Exercise Room and Computer Room (with free Internet Access).

The condo was constructed in 2006 and all of the furniture and bedding is brand new as of January 2009.   We are sure that you will find it to be absolutely immaculate -- we pride ourselves on keeping it extremely clean. 

Each bedroom contains a Queen-size bed with new Pillow-top Mattress.  The unit includes a full-size Washer and Dryer, for your convenience.  All linens, towels, and kitchen supplies are included.

The living area has a new 32-inch television, which is connected to cable (and offers approximately 65 channels).  A new DVD player is also available.

Rental Rates:
Nov 01-Mar 31 ........................... $800/week.
Apr 01-Apr 30 and Oct 01-Oct 31 .. $700/week.
May 01-Sep 30 ........................... $500/week.
Plus $100 cleaning fee.
Separate $250 booking/damage deposit to hold reservation.
Refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days in advance.
Payment in full must be received 2 weeks in advance of rental.
