About Eric

I have lived in Arizona since the early 1970's -- graduating from Thunderbird High School in Phoenix and then earning a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Arizona, in Tucson.

My wonderful wife, Josie, and I have been married for 23 years, and we are the proud parents of two girls (and one Maltese, named 'Alfie').  

I specialize in residential and investment real estate in the greater Phoenix metro area (and throughout Maricopa and Pinal Counties).

I have completed more than 200 real estate transactions during the past eight years, for a wide range of clients.  These include short sales, first time homebuyers, real estate investors, new home buyers, and people who are relocating to the Valley of the Sun. 

Prior to entering the real estate industry, I had a twenty-year career in corporate training and development (for companies such as Boeing and Intel). 

My goal: to provide each client with world class service, delivered with the highest standards of courtesy and integrity.
